Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned:
In unused condition
In their original packaging
In the same state as received, without any signs of wear or damage

If you wish to request a return, please contact us before sending any items back. We will provide further instructions once your request has been reviewed. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed and are assessed based on the reason for return and the condition of the item.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account.
