We understand that issues may occasionally arise. If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us and we will review your request on a case by case basis.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned:

In unused condition
In their original packaging
In the same state as received, without any signs of wear or damage

If you wish to request a return, please contact us before sending any items back. We will provide further instructions once your request has been reviewed. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
